Hey Steph!

This one is simply awesome, as usual, I simply love your songs, they have an epic feeling, and a great ambient, I loved the song's progress, the tunes are awesome, the beggining has a dark/underground sound, and I like the way you built the tune up, with that amazing piano tune, adding the violins (it sounds like a violin, correct me if I'm wrong. xD), and in the end, everything sounds great, all those instruments fit really well in the main melody.

You know I'm a big fan of your music, it's really awesome to listen to something like this song, it made me chill, it has a perfect atmosphere, I imagined a lot of different things while listening to this song... I guess you accomplished what you wanted, as always.

Keep up with the awesome work Steph, I expect more awesome and epic songs from you, and sorry for the bad and late review, it's been a long time since my last review, I completely forgot all I've learned in the RRC, lol.

Glad you liked all that! Melodies and atmosphere are definitely two things I'm proud of in this song.

You're not the first to notice the dark sound of the intro. I did that because I find it easier to start a song in a dark/atmospheric mood. Whenever I try and start songs in a light/happy mood it always comes out really gay, haha.

Great! Yeah, after the piano there's a violin, along with a viola, a legato cello and a more subtle cello/double bass in the background :3.

I haven't been making music as often as I used to, unfortunately. It might be because of college, but I think it's because a few years ago when I used to begin making a song, I'd make it whether it sounds nice or not so nice, and submit it anyway. Now my standards are a bit higher and I find it harder and harder to start decent songs.

Although yeah, I'll try not to disappoint :3.

Pretty cool.

I liked the idea of that special challenge, and I think it was a pretty good song, since it was composed in 50 minutes and all that other stuff.

I liked the bass line, and the main guitar with a nice and relaxing sound, I liked to listen this one while I was going through newgrounds, it's a very good song for what what proposed in that challenge.

I'm givin' you a 10 because that's a very good song, I think it turned out great. My onyl complain is that it's way too short, it's a very good idea, so, I think you could just keep it up and add more things or make it longer... Keep it up dude!!

AWESOME.

Man, I really feel the epicness of this song... I loved the darkness it has, the keyboard ia awesome, the bass is great, the drums are in perfect harmony with the rest of the instruments and the guitar was really fucking awesome. You did a mindblowing job here, the whole song is a masterpiece, it remembers me all the Metallica's songs, they're long and have a great touch of epicness.

The keyboards gave the kind of dark and epic feel to this song, they fitted perfectly to the guitar sound, wich was awesome, I loved he solo, and the power chords (correct me if I'm wrong) were awesome as a riff. The drums were calm at the right times and aggressive at the wright times... I loved the guitar sound in the solos, they're greatly well done, I think it's a great composition.

Seriously, it's one of the bests songs I've ever heard in NG... I just think some transitions could have been done better and the quality wasn't great, due to the song's size... MAn, it's so good that I think you should talk with a famous label, like Universal or that other shit, I think you'd be very succesfull!!

Keep it up dude. This was a great masterpiece, during all the time I've been in the RRC, I've never seen such a brilliant song like this one... Man, you rock!! \m/

I try my best to get a good bass sound- I love the bass! And I think the keyboard organ sound is the darkness that this song really needed. And I'm going to get an internship in a recording studio from school (it's a requirement believe it or not), so that'll help me a lot.

Nice song!

I think that a pretty good song, the concept is great, your voice is very good, but it gets out of the melody sometimes, the guitar is very good too, it fitted really well to your voice, but it was very strange to listen, it's completely rough.

Like it's written in the name of the song, "Rough take" it's very rough! The sound quality is very bad, but I can still listen to something good inside of it, if you play it and then fix it, play the guitar very well, w/out mistakes that I could listen trough the song, and then sing and fix your voice, it'd be cooler, just like a real song we buy in the music shops!!

It's a pretty good song, you have potencial, but there are some mistakes in the riff, the very begin is very strange, because it seems you missed a lot of notes, you can play it better man, you hve a great potential! I think that if you fix it in the PC it'll look way better, just keep it up!!

I liked this one a lot, the guitar was great, it realle passed the impression of a desert, the main guitar melody together with the back one resulted in a great mix, altough the 0:30 to 0 :34 part was very weird, the guitar sounds didn't fit well, they overloaded the song in that part.

I liked the kind of delay (a guitar effect we use to play and the note kind of keep on playing) effect you made with both guitars, they souded really awesome together, the background one is doing the base, while the main guitar is playing the main melody, that was really nice!

Anyway, I think this was a good song, altough you overloaded in that part and I think the end wasn't too good, you could have done other thing in the end, like playing the main melody note with both guitars and let them ring, it'd look way cooler. But, I think you did a pretty well job, keep it up, I wanna listen more from you!!

Thank you very much! That small section is getting alot of attention for not fitting. I think that has alot to do with it follows a native sound and breaks away from the time signature people would expect. I listened to a bunch of true ethnic songs to get a feel for this and I noticed they incorporated a lot of extra little speedy flourishes like that so I tried to recreate that.

[Fine, Be Like That]

Loved it.

Man, this song is sooooo good, chilling and beautiful. The acoustic guitar has a great sound, it's an awesome thing to listen, it is the base of the whole song!! The pian ois awesome too, it gives something nice to the song, it gives life to the song, and the main melody with the synth (hmm, I don't know what is that instrument in the 0:14 part), it sounded awesome.

The song is great, I don't have words to describe it, everything worked perfectly, the melody is great, that's why the instruments sound that perfect... It's definetively one of the bests songs I've ever heard in NG... Keep it up with the awesome work dude!! I loved this song!

[TranceJump (Metal Guitar Dub)]

Nice!!

I loved the guitar, I'm a huge fan of Rock and Heavy Metal, and the guitar gave life to this song, the solo was very cool, a really awesome one. The mix of a Metal guitar solo with a techno song is very weird, but in this one worked really well. Guitars and eletronic songs doesn't fit well together, but, in this one, it worked really well, altough it sounded very strange.

The beggining was very cool, I liked that sound, it seems like the sound of a drop of water hitting the ground. When the guitar came, I was "Wow", it sounded pretty nice, the solo is truly great, I liked the feeling, and the background beat worked well to the guitar sound. But my favorte part in this song was the 1:51 part, it sounded great, I love this kind of solo, and the background was awesome, it was building something great, and then the solo continued, I loved that part, it was super cool.

The final result was awesome, I loved the solo, the background fitted really well to the guitar sometimes, but, unfortunately, it didn't sound too well, like the end, I think you could have added a nice guitar end, with power chords (it's the real metal sound, if you don't know), it'd have sounded great.

Anyway, I think it was a great song, altough sounded a bit strange and the background beat didn't fit really well to the guitar sometimes, it was a great work. Keep it up dude, and congrats your friend who provided you the solo!! :)

Nice

I liked this one, but I think it's not your best work. The song as a whole is pretty cool, it's nice to listen, even if it's not my fav. style of music. The intro was pretty nice, I liked the intro, the piano and the guitar were very cool, the lyrics are fine, you guys could post it in the comments... :)

I love your voice, as I said in another review, this song was really cool, you voice gave life to the song, also, the melody was very cool, the instruments were fine, they were working in a nice harmony with the voice, and the drums were very good too.

The thing I didn't like was the refrain, you screamed a lot, but it looked fine anyway, the lyrics were too dirty man!! lol, it was too teenager, you could have done a better lyric, it'd have been cooler with a better lyric...

Anyway, I liekd the refrain, the main melody was pretty cool, the voice was nice, the background instruments were working well, everything was cool. But I think you guys are better doing songs like "Sex is a State of Mind" you guys have a great potential!! Keep it up!

I liked this song, it's pretty cool to listen, but it has a different style, the main piano melody is very strange, didn't fit to the rest of the song, the background piano was cool, the sound was animated and fitted well to the main piano.

I liked the variations and the drums, they fitted really well to the main melody, i liked it in the beginning, it had a different sound, I liked the creativity you had here.

Overall a good song, altough the main piano is a bit strange, but it didn't mess with the whole song, the rest is very nice, but the song was pretty short, for a jazz song, it's super short, it could have been longer, it'd loop better. Anyway, good job here, keep it up dude!!

The main theme is actually on a jazz guitar, thought it may be hard to hear with all that's going on in the background.

Nice!!

Liked this song a lot!! The beginning was pretty cool, liked the airport thing, and id you notice that the airport sound is in Portuguese??lol

I liked the main beat, pretty cool and creative, I also liked the background instruments, they're pretty cool, fitted really well with the main melody, a really nice base!!

It'd fit in a movie and a game pretty well, liked its concept and I can immagine a lot of things when I listen this song... A cartoony adventure game would fit perfectly with this song. But, anyway, the song is very cool, a lot of sounds, variations, I just didn't like one part, I think it ran out of the main melody... But, besides that, it was a great job!! Keep it up!
